Ingredients
1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix
1 can (16 oz) pinto beans, undrained
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles, undrained
1 c Mexican blend cheese, divided
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place Knorr mix, chili powder and beans in food processor, processing until almost smooth.  Stir in chilis and 1/2 c cheese.  Place in shallow 1 quart casserole.
  3. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.  Stir, then top with remaining cheese.  Bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through.  Garnish, if desired, with your favorite taco toppings.
